very good price point for relief
After using the acupressure mat for several weeks, I can confidently say it has been a surprisingly effective tool for relieving tension and promoting relaxation. On the softer side
This mat is on the smaller size, I’d say it’s aimed at sitting stationary on the couch or in a chair. Despite the size, I would say it’s a good quality and value. I have a couple accupressure mats and this is the softest of the ones I have, the spikes are not hard plastic but more of an almost pliable silicone feeling. It does still help with my pain, I like to stand staionary on the mat with bare feet to get the maximum relief. I’ve found it very easy to clean and store so that has been a bonus!

A lot and I mean a lot smaller than what’s shown in the photos
In the photos, the mat looks to be about 24” by 36” or more. Yes, the measurements are stated at 14” x 18” so that is accurate. However, those measurements are shown next to a mat that is technically four times the size. You would need to purchase four mats to equal what is shown in the photos.Other than that, the mat is very firm and sturdy. It does take a bit to get use to putting your full weight on them but I guess that will get easier over time and practice.

Langierspur Foot Massage Acupressure Mat, Great idea, great product!
I got this because I believe in the benefits of acupressure, and I’m really glad I did. Since I started using the mats, I’ve felt noticeably more relaxed.I keep one mat when I’m in the bathroom to use while washing my face, brushing, and flossing my teeth. I try to stand on them for as long as possible. The spikes were a bit surprising at first, but now I find them comfortable—they actually feel really good!

Super small, soft
I have a mat with much harder, denser spikes that I use as an occasional intense acupressure mat. This one is almost more of a pleasantly textured mat. For me, more like something that would gently encourage blood flow, perhaps, rather than really relieve pain. I tried putting it under my desk for that purpose, but it is just narrow enough that it doesn’t fit where my feet naturally go with good posture. Still looking for a good place for it, as it is pleasantly stimulating for the bottom of my feet.

Works well, easy to clean
It’s essentially a large silicone pad with two different patterns on two sides. The pad is quite firm, I can stand on it while working without completely flattening it. Since it’s not made of cotton or cloth, it’s quite easy to clean it during shower. Good tool for massaging feet, love it!
