I would like to said that I am pleased with this foot roller.I like that is made of wood and not cheap plastic like most of those one advertised here that breaks easily.I like how it feels on my tired feet, niceand efficiency pain relief.It’s an old method use by many Japanese’s and Chineses in the field of acupuncture therapy.Note: I would recommend this roller to anyone who appreciate this efficient method and who understand the acupuncture experience.Thanks guysCheers 🙂

I have chronic plantar fasciitis
If you’ve ever been to a Zen yoga center, perhaps you’d be interested in rolling out the tendons in your feet. I think that using it is very pleasant. Please make sure to wear socks if you want to have more than one person using it.

I have PTTD and wanted something to massage my feet. This is perfect. Large enough for both feet. Feels awesome to roll while working. I am not sure if it will help with my feet issues but feet feels greats irrespective.
