Solid tool

This is a good roller for muscle pain and stiffness- the middle rollers each roll independently of each other and they spin smoothly and quietlyHowever, take note that the center parts that spin are made of hard plastic – so if you’re looking for a foam roller, this isn’t the best one to get

This tool is a must have for recovery. After just getting back into exercise, my body was hurting. This FEELS GLORIOUS post workout and even in the days after a hard workout when you start to get a little sore and tight. Or even just any random night you didn’t think you needed it, but man did it feel good to roller your leg muscles 🙂 .
