This collagen peptide serum absorbs easily and makes for a nice base under moisturizer.I use it after I wash my face and before I put on my day cream and makeup.It does not irritate my skin or clog my pores. You should use it in the morning and at night for maximum benefit. Just one or two drops is all you need.

And while it’s got the viscosity of a serum (vs a watery toner) I think it might just do the trick. What follows is a safety based evaluation I do for myself, and happy to share with others!~Brand Transparency and Accountability~Neocell (Everest Neocell LLC) demonstrates high brand transparency. They are a well-established name in the beauty supplement business, specializing in Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid products, claiming a 27-year history as a trusted brand since 1998 (with trademark activity dating to 2013). Their structure is documented, with easily identifiable leaders, investors, and CEO Al Quadri, which speaks well to their accountability. I love that they *manufacture* this, instead of only distributing it.~My Experience~I applied two drops, which initially left a slightly tacky feel. When I asked AI about it, the response was that that’s a common experience with highly hydrating serums containing humectants (and that I may need to use *one* drop). After about a minute though, it dried, and my face tightened a bit. While the box doesn’t have a sunscreen warning (suggesting that citric acid levels aren’t that high), sunscreen would still seem like a good idea.
