Perfect, Reliable, moisturizing water cream
I’ve been buying this for years. I hope they never stop making it.Its very moisturizing and hydrating without being overly heavy. Its definitely more suited for normal, or dryer skin types. Its not thick, but it does add a decent glow and slight slip to the skin that keep moisture in throughout the day.They have a peptide water bomb version for oily/combo skin since this is probably too moisturizing for oily or combo skin.It has no fragrance and doesnt irritate sensitive skin. Plus you get a decent amount for the price.I use this as my warm weather, daytime moisturizer every year since 2020 and its never failed me.

I didn’t know I would love it so much! Mature sensitive skin.
I just ordered another bottle. It’s so great! I purchased this awhile ago and I liked it and thought it was nice. I had no problems or irritation from it but I wasn’t planning on ordering it again as I thought, it’s nice but to keep things simple I’ll just stick to my Cerave day and night moisturizers, keep things simple. Basically this Green Tea water cream sat on my dresser mostly forgotten, as I used my go to Cerava and I use Cetaphil interchangeably, keep it simple and gentle as I have older sensitive skin now. Well, as I am older my skin has become very sensitive especially in the colder months and I get mild rosacea now, my Cerava started to sting my cheeks. It burned. I tried the Cetaphil light moisturizer, it burned too! I was surprised as normally it’s so gentle. The next day, I used this Green Tea Water Bomb, no sting! It was so calming and gentle on my red cheeks I was so surprised! I thought the Cetaphil would have been the lightest gentlest one of the bunch but no, the Green Tea Water Cream was so calming and soothing and moisturizing, I basically fell in love. I looked at it more closely, looked at the ingredients, remembered why I bought it in the first place. I had a whole new love and respect for this cream. I love it! It’s light, moisturizing, non stinging, it has a very light scent that is almost like cucumber or slight bubble gum scent? Whatever the scent is I love it. The scent is very light, it’s just the scent of the wonderful ingredients in the product. I can’t believe the moisturizers that I thought were so clean and gentle would sting my face and thought for sure this would, it did not! I even used some vanicream moisturizer and it stung my face too, and that’s supposed to be the gentlest. I only have this problem with red sometimes burning cheeks in the cold months but now I found a moisturizer that does not sting and I will continue to use this. This is my favorite now. I love the ingredients and how soothing it feels. Great product! I ordered more!

Not greasy/smells good
Not greasy, smells good. Dries quickly, not heavy, easy to apply, but can come out of the tube a bit quickly sometimes, so be mindful. Nice for dry hands. No irritation for my sensitive skin.

The famous Green Tea Water Bomb!
This is the most famous Bonajour product that led me to collect many others; the one and only Green Tea Water Bomb! The beautiful packaging had me from the get-go, and all the reviews online made me feel like I needed some Bonajour in my life! The price is so reasonable considering the natural ingredients used and the amount they give which lasts quite a long time. I love how there is English on the box in addition to Korean so ingredients, product information, and intended use are not forgotten over time (as happens to me with international skincare products sometimes). There are a variety of peptides which help activate and bring back to life collagen to help retain a youthful bounce and retain water for healthy and hydrated skin. Of course the more hydrated your skin the better protected it is against the elements! Here in Hawaii, it’s critical as I get tons of sun exposure every single day. This Water Bomb is also listed to have 85% water consistency and 15% oil. I find that this Green Tea Water Bomb, compared to the Peptide Water Bomb and Eggplant Daily BHA Moisturizing Cream, falls right in the middle of lightness and weightiness. It is neither as slick as the other Water Bomb, nor as thick as the Eggplant Cream, but falls perfectly in the middle. One pea-size amount is an appropriate application for my face and neck, and lasts from morning until night. It may be used as a night time face pack as well. The scent is barely there, which I like because they don’t use artificial fragrances.All in all its a great inexpensive product which promotes brightness and wrinkle resistance in the skin. I love it and I’m happy I was introduced to Bonajour thanks to this one viral ‘Water Bomb.’ I just love the name too.

You only need a small amount of cream to moisturize your face. It has a little bit of oil in it but it is just right. It’s not sticky at all.
