    Hard as a rock!
I cannot recommend this roller. I was having some lower back tension and decided to get this roller and try to work on my issue. I noticed this thing is hard as a rock, as in…I might as well use a rock! It has no give whatsoever. I should have sent it back but tried it once. After one use doing pelvic stretches, I felt a pop in my lower back, and the next day could not lean over or bend, the pain was excruciating. I ended up in the ER with 2 bulging discs in my L4 & L5 and will need physical therapy. Avoid this roller!

    Prime Days mistake
Bought on prime days. I know from friends that these rollers are great for stretching your back. This one was way too hard in my opinion and it hurt when I tried to roll on it. Will not be using it. Passed the return date unfortunately .

    Hard as a rock.
Very hard, does not feel like foam. Tried it out, terrible. Not like the one at my chiropractors office. It’s going back.

It’s hard like a rock, slides on carpet, no grip
I have not used it yet. Was dissatisfied it’s so hard I feel it could split in half. Zero cushion to this and no cloth cover. I wish I had known I would of gladly paid more for one with a vinyl cover and softer with a better grip. The wasted my moneyUpdate – it slides on carpet no grio, extremely hard to use on the floor and very painful. Frustrating

    Split open after a week
The roller worked perfectly for sore muscles and stretching. There was loud crunching sounds upon first use and I thought this was normal for material being used for first time. After a week, the roller split open and little round balls fell out rending the tool useless. It’s very cheap. Will be returning

    Pooped
First I have to say that I’m a 5’8 176 lbs. With that being said. I was happy to receive the roll as Amazon did perfect delivery. Saddened and highly disappointed that the roll literally pooped on my first try/use. I laid on my back on top of the roll with my lower back right on the roll and suddenly a poop noise from the roll. I sat up to see a ton of small form material balls. Literally they pooped all out. I ended up taping the roll to prevent it but have not used it again. A complete waste of money.

This is not the same thing that you would find in a physical therapy office.
You wouldn’t think that someone could F up a piece of foam but here we are. It’s as hard as a rock and it looks like it’s made of this same Styrofoam that they would pack an appliance in. Nothing like what you would see in a physical therapist office.

Poor Quality – Falling Apart Already
Poor Quality – Falling Apart AlreadyI’ve only had this foam roller for a short time, and it’s already falling apart. Pieces of the foam are flaking off after light use, which is disappointing for something that’s supposed to be durable. I was hoping for a long-lasting product, but this one won’t be holding up much longer.

Very good product, but far too firm for my liking.Suggest the manufacturer softens it up a bit
