This biotin and collagen vitamin is so good! I have been taking it for a little while now, and I can honestly say it works great. I’ve noticed a real difference in how I feel and look—it definitely does exactly what it promises to do.The only downside is the scent. To be blunt: it smells horrible. It’s pretty strong when you first open the bottle, but honestly, the results are so worth it that I don’t even care. I’ve tried biotin on its own before and never really saw results. This one’s different because it’s not just biotin. you’re getting marine collagen, keratin, hyaluronic acid, and a full B-complex all in one. That combination actually makes a difference.I appreciate that they went with marine collagen over bovine. It absorbs faster and I can feel that. Fair warning though, there’s a slight marine scent when you open the bottle. Doesn’t bother me but worth knowing. Two capsules before breakfast, easy routine.

Strong odor-terrible taste
This supplement has the strongest smell as soon as you open the package. Just opening it makes me gag and my skin crawl. Very hard to choke down due to smell, taste and large size. Also made me feel kinda ill/sick feeling for hours afterwards. I wish I could return them. I would never even want to give them to anyone.

Wasn’t expecting this much of a difference
I started taking this because my hair was thinning and I was tired of buying separate collagen and biotin supplements. Figured I’d try something that has it all in one bottle.To be honest, I didn’t notice much of a difference during the first week. but I decided to stick with it, and after a few more weeks, the results started to show. I noticed my hair had more volume and felt healthier and my skin’s been more hydrated without changing anything else. I’ve had no stomach issues or side effect.

Terrible smell
These absolutely work, I see a great difference in my hair. The only downside they have a pungent, unpleasant odor. Smells like strong urine. I will not replenish as I can’t get used to this smell.

Postpartum hair loss slowed, thicker stronger nails!
My nails are stronger and I’ve noticed my postpartum hair loss has slowed down! Will be buying again, for sure! I get my nail done with dip every three weeks so the grinding down on my nails makes them thinner and they break very easily. Since starting the biotin 3 weeks ago, Ive noticed they have started to grow in stronger and thicker! My hair is softer and stronger, and is falling out less often! Ive always struggled with my hair looking damaged even though its not, and these pills have helped tremendously! Will recommend to anyone!
