god bless this epilator
i love this epilator! its my first one but i am a 100% all in type of person. i didnt want to get a beginner one and have to then buy an expensive one later. this had great reviews on tiktok. i seriously use it everyday. (hair grows in cycles so theres always going to be new hair somewhere!!) i use it on my arms, underarms, legs, and around my belly button. it honestly only hurt the first time i did it. doing it daily really reduces the pain bc theres a lot less hair being pulled at once so i highly recommend keeping up with it at least 1-2 x weekly. just depends on the type of person you are. im newly diagnosed trichotillomania and i needed an alternative to tweezers and shaving. my skin is super sensitive and i have KP. so i needed to not tweeze and not got razor bumps or ingrowns from shaving.

Worth the price
Bought this for my mom for Christmas (on her wishlist) she swears by it and loves the attachments. She keeps telling me I need to buy one too. She says her legs are the smoothest they’ve ever been from using this.

Works great: long lasting not too painful to use
My first experience with an epilator -this works great! Certain area of my legs hurt a bit more (where the hair is coarsest) but I stay visibly hair free for at least a week. Don’t expect the smoothness of a new razor with shaving cream, but looks the same.

My fiancée loves the flexible head—there’s a learning curve, though

The included attachments are nice too—having a shaver head and trimmer comb makes it more versatile than a one-purpose tool.The honest downside is that epilators take practice. The first couple uses were slower and required patience, and it’s not a device you buy if you want a mindless, instant routine. Once she got used to it, the results lasted longer than basic shaving, which is why it’s stayed in rotation.

Great epilator
This is my 2nd Braun Silk 9. My previous one, after 7 years, broke. I loved my first one, so it was an easy choice to buy another. I don’t like shaving, but epilation works for me. Is it shaving smooth, no, but its 95% hair free, and that’s good enough for me.

Epilation not a Comfortable Process. Shaver Cuts Hair, but Not Very Close.
The Braun Wet and Dry Silk-épil 9 Flex Epilator with the 360 Flex and Pivoting Head with Shaver Head (ASIN: B0FNXC28MM) is an effective device, however, it is not comfortable to use. Printed multi language instructions accompanied the unit. I feel the instructions could have been a little be more detailed when discussing technique.Epilator Head – The epilator head was painful each time I used it. Per the instructions, one should experience less pain with each use, and I agree that each use was less difficult than the first time. It is just that with my blond leg hair I have less incentive to endure the discomfort.Shaver Head – With the shaver head comb in use it cut the hair to about 3mm in length. Without the comb in place and wet shaving, I achieved a closer cut, but not as close as using a common women’s disposable razor. However, the shaver stands out as an advantage over the disposable razor when a dry shave is required. Dry shaving is superior with the shaver head.The value of this device depends on the incentive. If I had dark leg hair to work with, I am sure I would endure more discomfort to achieve the visual result I require.
