Works great!
I have always used tweezers because I didn’t want dark stubble but now I’m post-menopausal and my facial hair is thinning and getting lighter. Using tweezers became very frustrating because it was difficult to see and then hold on to the hairs. This little razor is perfect. As other reviewers have mentioned, I usually do have to move across the same area more than once but that really isn’t a hardship. The result is smooth skin. I use it every other day and I have not had any irritation. It’s not noisy at all. I’ve been using it for several weeks and have not had to change the head. It comes with instructions and a charging cable. I have used it multiple times between charges.

Great little tool
I waited to write a review and so far so good. It’s held its charge for a long time and I like that it comes with a replacement head. It does what it’s designed to do and leaves you smooth. Cleaning it is easy just use the little brush it comes with. It’s nice, lightweight & compact so it’s perfect for travel. It’s well made imo and I can see it lasting for a long time. Definitely a good little investment for smooth face.

Total disappointment
It didn’t work coming out of the box even after fully charged. I started a return, but I only have the option of going to UPS for I have to print a label. I don’t have a printer at home and I’m not going to pay a dollar to have one sent to me. That’s ridiculous. I guess I’m stuck with this piece of you know what.

Not as advertised
It works but it’s not as advertised, it does not have 2 rings, only 1 single ring (with spares) but all single which doesn’t cut as smooth and agitates a little more. Even the outside of the box pictures a double ring, very deceiving.
