Long Lasting on 1 charge
I am thoroughly impressed with this versatile foam roller! It has quickly become an essential part of my fitness and recovery routine. Great product! Very happy with my purchase
Both my parents and I really like this vibrating foam roller. It has 5 speeds, two different vibration modes, black portable bag, and includes the USB cable plus DC adaptor. Compared to cheaper models that my trainer uses, it feels sturdy and durable. It recharges fully in 5 hours (contains a lithium-ion battery), and provides 2 hours of use on the highest speed. While I have a vibration plate that I use for muscle recovery covering large areas of my body at once, this foam roller is great because you use it in localized areas (knees, calves, feet, arms, etc.) while you are watching tv (i.e. more comfortable positions than vibration plates). Using the roller was only very relaxing (starting dozing off to sleep after the timer finished – didn’t even realize I was tired), and it has really helped with muscle recovery after workouts. Great price given its level of functionality, and the roller has three different waved pattern ridge shapes (providing different massage sensations and deep stimulation). Great product.

Good product for great price
The foam roller works great! It charges and works as expected. I enjoy trying the different frequencies to get different results; however, I really only use the two lowest frequencies, the higher ones are a little too aggressive and loud (it is nice to have the options though). The roller was a little heavy as well and creaked a little at first when I applied my weight on it.Overall as a foam roller it is great and does exactly what it should. Very Firm.Pros: vibrates with 10 different options (pulse and constant), competitive priceCons: heavier, slow charging (5ish hours)

Just what my calves needed!
I ordered this because I kept having calf cramps/strains from running. I tried all sorts of other things (stretching, heat, ice, etc) and nothing would stop my calves from continually straining. Finally, someone recommended I roll my calves with a foam roller. I went online and ordered a regular roller and decided to order this one also to give this a try. Man oh man, did this one do the trick! I read several reviews that stated this was TOO heavy on the vibration and painful. I did not find this to be the case at all. It has several settings, including a rolling intensity of vibration which is what I prefer. This is wide enough that I can roll out both of my calves at the same time (and I am 5’11”, 205 lbs) and I have found that if I do this for 10-15 min before a run (I run 4-5 miles every other day) and 15 min after my run, I don’t get any calf cramping at all! I have also tried this on my back and lat area when I work out with weights and it does great in loosening up those muscles also! I really like this roller and would highly recommend it to anyone that has tightening muscle issues, especially on the legs.

Not very reliable. Not worth purchasing.
The power port is not working on this device. This is the second one of bought in the last 18 months and BOTH power ports are broken. I’ve emailed the manufacturer but NO RESPONSE.I like the massager when it works, but with out power it’s worthless.NOT WORTH the money.

Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It’s a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.
