Really Liking It
This mat is great for me. The undersides of my feet are absurdly sensitive and walking on and standing on this really help acclimate me to the sensation. It is a thick high quality silicone like material. The size is nice, not overly large but not tiny.I don’t really get the point of the magnets and honestly the different shaped things don’t seem to feel different to me. They might have if they were grouped but the way it is laid out you kind of just stand on them all.The price is kind of high to me for what it is, which is why I only went with four stars. I honestly would have done more of a 4.5 if I could have. It is a nice mat and seems like it will hold up well. Other than the price being a touch high, it is a good product.

This is a very interesting acupressure mat! It kind of looks like a bath mat with silicone spikes. I’ve used acupressure products before, but this is my first with silicone rather than hard plastic. It’s a lighter effect than hard plastic, but also more comfortable, leaving fewer indents and providing more of a light sensation rather than a hard pressure. I like that it seems easily washable and movable. It’s not that heavy, and it can roll up. If you’re looking for a more intense, pointed pressure, this mat isn’t for you, but for a nice, stimulating wake-up call for your feet, this works great!
