I like it!
Especially considering its low price, this is a very nice little item. I’m an older fellow who suffers from some foot pains. I often work at my desk, and the semi-firm, assorted bumps easily enable a simple foot massage, almost without me thinking about it. I just slip off my shoes and move my feet around on its surface. When done, I roll it up into a compact cylinder for storage. This kind of plastic is odorless and doesn’t seem to absorb water. Before first use, I cleaned it with minimal effort.

This is a review of Foot Massager Acupressure Mat, Foldable & Waterproof Feet Massage Stimulator Mat for Muscle Relaxation, Long-Time-Standing, Working, Leisure I asked my partner if he wanted to try this acupressure mat. He was unenthusiastic but I put it on the floor and he put his feet on it. And then I heard a loud “Oh.” He was so happy — and surprised — that the mat made his feet feel better. Every time he moved his feet, the mat kept finding more places that felt good. For me, this massager works, but the bumps need to be closer together to work really well. Maybe my feet (women’s size 7) are too small. It works best when I stand on it. Though I can stand on it, I’m afraid that if my partner stood on it a lot, the bumps would flatten out. I like that the mat can be stored flat or can be folded and would be easy to take for traveling.

So, it is compact but the raised bumps aren’t as dense as needed to really get into my pressure points. It may help when standing on it but quickly goes away once I get off.I do like the fact it rolls up. But it’s not very effective. The design needs some improvements. It’s easy to use but doesn’t benefit me so there’s no purpose for me to keep it.There is a slight pain relief as mentioned but it doesn’t get deep enough. So the foam needs more density. The build quality is already starting to show wear and give.Cool idea but not helpful. Sorry.

This foot massage mat is a good buy! The price is good and the quality is better than expected. Love that the mat is easy to store and use anywhere. I use it while taking short breaks from work, and it helps relax my foot.

While this mat is made of EVA foam, it is still fairly stiff. Each “rock” shape is relatively high and causes a lot of pressure on the bottom of your feet when trying to stand on it. Standing on the mat but not moving around feels okay. When moving around a lot of “unused” pressure points get pressed causing some discomfort. I think though with some practice, that is something that can eventually be tolerable.For now, as a beginner,I find it more comfortable to sit and put the right amount of pressure that I feel comfortable with.

Too soft for me
I like how it folds up for storage. The mat looks like it would tear easily but it does not. The nubs are somewhat random but are just too soft to me. It only provides very minor amount of acupuncture like feeling to me. I tried on my feet and also my back but the nubs are too shallow and too wide to really feel. It is non slip.
