Very Difficult to Clean Off
I had a very bad experience with this product. It was already too soft without heating, and instead of removing the hair cleanly, it became extremely sticky and hard to control.After using the strips, it left a thick, glue-like residue on my skin that was very difficult to remove. I tried warm water, soap, and even oils like coconut oil and bio oil, but nothing worked easily.Overall, it was messy, frustrating, and not practical to use. I would not recommend it, especially for beginners.

Love this but it’s messy
I love this brand, I’ve been using it for years! It’s great for sensitive skin and does the kit does the job (I have thick hair from PCOS and otherwise). My only issue is how messy the process is, just to the seal off the jar was a mess. I wasted so much wax because I ended up just throwing it away instead of trying to scrape the wax off.

Definitely not made for the eyebrows, it ripped my skin off , I made sure it was not hot before using, it works though.

If you are first timer using hard wax, thia isn’t for you. This needs practice. Had a tough time with qax breaking up and no single pull. Had various small patches left on skin and had to scrub off. Will recommend only for those pro at using it.
