Incontinence, fecal
I’ve been dealing with fecal incontinence since my surgery for colorectal cancer. Have been suffering with it for 3 years now. This has been very helpful. Would recommend for anyone with my problem. Not an entire solution but it has helped considerably. Wish you all the best with the same issues.

Utility depends heavily on power source.
Power source and mode make the difference between effective use and painful stinging. Be prepared to spend significant time finding the right positioning and settings. The price is decent, and the product does seem to do its job with the previously-mentioned caveats. Perhaps, trying a different size/shape may be necessary?

much better than expected
I usually do not expect much from adult toys/novelties like this these days. So many are so badly made and way over-priced that I usually expect to be disappointed.I was delightfully surprised to find that this toy actually works quite well, at least for me. I haven’t tested it on anyone else (using proper hygiene precautions, of course). The two electrodes can be used for a complete circuit, or with a splitter for two electrodes at one end of a circuit (be very careful, though, that is getting into more dangerous areas of play).I was concerned about the metal electrode sections, as metal against skin has proven to me to be more problematic with estim play than conductive rubber. I have not had any issues with this, so that concern was not deserved in this case (lots of e-gel is of course necessary).I found it to work well with various TENS units I have, and have been extremely pleased with the results. The size and shape work well for me (your anatomy and mileage may vary), and that fact that it is hard plastic has not been an issue – it is still quite a comfortable fit.If you are into this sort of thing, I would definitely give this serious consideration. It can be an effective toy, and I have also found some unexpected benefits for IBS symptoms, as well as some astonishingly pleasant stimulation.Have fun, but play safe. Be careful and research your uses well. This is for edgier play, so go slowly.

So tiny…
I imagine this is what a Sharpie feels like… this “Kegel Toner Adapter” is only slightly larger than my pinky finger in all aspects…I’m a hetero guy who’s been playing with toys for many years, so you have an idea of where I’m coming from (or rather, not coming from). I think if you have any experience with toys of any size, you’ll be disappointed by this electrode.I’ve wanted to try e-stim for a long time and I bought a TENS 7000 machine to go with this. The feeling from the TENS is very sharp, more of a stinging than a buzzing or glowing feeling or anything pleasant.The main issue with the size on this trode, is that it doesn’t fully come into contact 360 degrees (when inserted). I had to use my fingers and try to grab the slippery toy and angle it against my prostate. Or just do a kegel. But it’s hard to hold a kegel for any notable amount of time.I gave it 5 stars for “Comfort” and “Ease of Use” because it’s so small you barely notice it’s there.

Not the best, but functional
Small diameter makes for easy insertion for first time Kegal toners. The electrodes are circumferential and therefore cannot be directed up, down or sideways. Only choice is in more or in less. Of course you do not need to use bipolar, if you are targeting tibial nerve a thigh or leg electrode could be used instead of one of the bipolars. Finish is good, slim, essentially painless. Easy to clean. The PROBLEM yes, in Caps: the adjust feature for depth of insertion combined with wires exiting in linear fashion with shaft means you cannot ( well, Should not) sit on it. That means Lying or standing, otherwise very good risk of breaking wire leads, plus you might push it in past region you want. The adjustible stop preve ts the electrode from going in too far. Unfortunately lack of a swell or enlarged area an the shaft just after the sphincter does nothing to prevent it from moving out more. Bringing with it lube mixed with colonic juice. The exit of leads from the electrode is the worst imaginable, simply the cable crushed between molded halves of shaft, no strain relief. So, it works but must eventually break at cable to plastic juncture.

Not bad but not for me
Like other have said this is fairly small in size. I found the whole adjustable part to not work for me. As others said it really does not stop it from getting pulled in if when you get all hot and bothered. I also found it to get a little messy around the leads as well. I do wish they had designed something a little better to stop it from going in further.Now the TENs part, START LOW with your settings. I would assume things would be different from TENs unit to TENs unit but I could not find a good setting with mine. I feel since the electrodes are close together this tends to have a more powerful effect.I have played with other devices and enjoyed the power but this was more intense, so might be good for some but not for me.
