I love my Kanjo!
I have neck pain from herniated discs. Kanjo really helps my pain! It was a bonus that it helps my lower back pain. It has helped reduce the amount of NSAIDs I’ve had to take. Highly recommended if you have tight neck and/or back muscles.

Helpful.
I had low expectations, but have been using this everyday so far. Surprisingly, with once a day use, muscles are looser. I am feeling sore, but its a muscle tiredness sore, likely from my muscles finally relaxing.

Neck improvemenet
My husband’s neck was injured in a fall a few months ago. This item has helped with some of the pain he has experienced. We hope continued use will provide less pain and more function.

Ok but quite hard
I keep trying to use this but it is HARD. I can’ only lie on it for less than a minute at a time. I was hoping it would help my headaches as it puts pressure on those pressure points at the base of the skull but it’s so hard that it hurts me more than my headache. I do feel a little bit of pressure relief in my neck when I try it out but, again, I can only lie on it for about 45 seconds before I’m done.

Uncomfortable to lay on, doesn’t seem to do much of anything. Pain remains.

Pain relief
I was hopeful, yet skeptical, about this product and it turned out to be wonderful! Just follow the directions for use and lay back and enjoy. I felt overnight relief almost immediately, and return to using it any time my neck and shoulders get stiff. Users should note that the nodules are rather hard, but that is exactly what helps relieve pain!

Too soft and doesn’t work well
This item does not provide enough support under the head to provide any sort of pressure point relief like stated. It’s a foam, so when you press or lay on it, the bumps just depress or squish to the side. No relief at all and I can’t see this product lasting very long. First pic shows how easy it is to move the bumps, second pic is how they look after (never really go back to normal). Save your money and look for something made of a firmer substance.
