Improper Seal
Very disappointment. This item arrived with only 1/4 of the liquid in the bottle and was not adequately sealed. The bottle cover was peeling off in my hands. Did smell like lavender and vanilla.

When I got the package and gifted to a friend she had told me that it was damaged sadly it was too late for me to return it because you had to return it within 2-3 hours

Fragrance was ok but the bottle was off 🙁
I think the smell was very nice but a bit stronger than expected, however I was more concerned about the bottle which seemed to be peeling and the stickers had fallen out as soon as I opened the box.Honestly I was a bit disappointed

BT21 are my favorite gang of characters. I’m enjoying the collab with Kitsch and looking at what new designs they come up with. I received the bottle of the sleep spray mist and upon unboxing I noticed the bottle is made of aluminum. Nice but the label covering it wasn’t properly heated on and so it’s coming off. The scent is a mix of lavender and vanilla. I can smell both but would prefer just the lavender by itself. The vanilla is nice too as it adds a hint of sweetness. For sleeping though, it’s always been just lavender so it’s kind of strange to add vanilla to the mix. At the first few sprays, the scent was quite strong for my taste. The next time I adjusted it to lesser sprays then gradually more. Scent doesn’t last long initially. I do like that it neutralizes other scents that were on the linens. I tend to leave the window open every day and my entire bed and plushies end up smelling like the outdoors. This is cute if you’re a fan of bt21!

Defective item
The spray arrived damaged in the box, almost like it exploded. The labels are peeling off and the box is all damp from the product leaking. Based on the reviews this happens often so I would not recommend. The smell is okay but it’s not worth the hassle.

I was excited to try this. I liked they pretty packaging. I never seen a spray that had both lavender and vanilla. Both of the scent was pretty mild. The spray dispenser was okay. It did a take a few pushes before it gave a good mist of spray.
