Great product!
I absolutely love this acupuncture mat! The first time I used it, the pressure felt strong, but after a few minutes, it turned into a warm, relaxing sensation. This is the OG of all needle mats.This brand takes me right back to my childhood in Ukraine, where my grandma always had one and we used it regularly. When I came across this one, I immediately knew it was the one I wanted.The quality is excellent and feels exactly like the mat I grew up with. It’s a true acupuncture/needle therapy mat, something I’ve been searching for. I’ve tried another newer brand, but the plastic “needles” just aren’t it for me.I definitely prefer this one with the original, real needle-style therapy points.

Pain relief, easy to use
Back and shoulder pain relief after first use! And it is a long lasting benefit, not temporary. This is not pain free but you can get used to. Wearing a t-shirt for the first week helped a lot. I also started to use it for my feet, as I stand a lot at work. My feet are pain free and relaxed now.

Intense and effective; great alternative to traditional acupuncture.
I’ve done acupuncture in the past with generally favorable results, but it can be pricey. I decided that for some home body maintenance work I’d try a mat and if it didn’t work well, then I’ll take the loss as just over the price of a single acupuncture session. This mat is great. I lay on it for about half an hour and afterwards I can feel the endorphins kicking in. This is anecdotal, but I’ve felt some problem areas in my back and shoulders improve over time while using this mat, and feel generally better overall. This doesn’t act as a full substitute for acupuncture, but as a relatively cheap alternative and supplement to overall health, it’s a good mat for not a bad price. Using this with some good lifestyle hygiene (exercise and stretching, good diet, good sleep practices), you could see some major improvements in your health and mood. I sure did.

It takes some time adjusting to it but once your skin/body gets fine tuned after a couple uses this thing is amazing for back recovery. I use it in my gaming chair overtop of my lumbar support pillow and this thing works wonders.- You just have to be careful handling it is all*Owned for about 2 months now* thing definitely is built to last. High quality and will easily last you a couple years and potentially more if well taken care of
