Update after finishing my first bottle: it freaking works! Just before I started taking these I buzzed my hair into a cute, punky cut that I loved. These gummies are responsible for me having to go get it buzzed again after 4 weeks! The dude who cuts my hair was genuinely shocked at how fast it had grown. The girl at my usual bagel place commented on how quickly it was growing out when she saw me after I hadn’t been in for a few weeks. My nails were muuuch less brittle too. I usually had 1 gummy every day but occasionally did take the recommended 2.So, this stuff has my full endorsementOriginal review:I really like this company and because I’ve bought several of their products in the past, I knew that I would like the sort of packaging and aesthetic that they have. It feels very wholesome and friendly, it’s all easy to read and understand. I’ve been a vegetarian for more than 15 years and I am really grateful that I can find great quality, plant-based supplements like this. I don’t mind when gummy vitamins/supplements have sugar but I do like that this one manages to taste good (and doesn’t taste like all the artificial flavors we’re used to in fruit-flavored supplements) without the sugar. I actually feel like the gummies tasted really fresh, which was a surprising thing.In terms of how it works- I’ve been taking them for about a week and I can feel a difference in the strength of my nails. I haven’t really noticed a difference in my skin or hair yet, but I have a good feeling about it.

I picked up the MaryRuth Organics Biotin Gummies for hair growth, nails, and skin because I wanted something simple to add to my routine without upsetting my stomach. I’ve only been taking them for under two weeks, so it’s way too early to judge the full results, but I really like them so far. They taste good, no weird aftertaste, and they didn’t make me nauseous — which is a big deal for me with supplements.Right now I’m just being consistent and letting them do their thing. If they keep being this easy to take, I’ll stick with them long enough to actually see what they can do. I’ll update once I’ve given them a fair chance.

Helps with hair shedding during menopause
I am in perimenopause and my hair started shedding really bad. I take one gummy every other day. It has really helped my hair from shedding! I don’t take it every day because I noticed it was just too much for my system. I do highly recommend these for hair shedding during menopause.

Stronger nails, luscious hair, glowing skin!
These are excellent! As a person who has a myriad of auto-immune disorders, as well as the MTHFR genetic mutation, I appreciate these vitamins a lot. They are for your hair, skin and nails. I have only taken them for a matter of days and the results are showing clearly with my fingernails already. They taste great! This is also a two-month supply so I would consider them budget-friendly. There are tons of vitamins flooding the market for hair, skin and nails currently. I will continue to trust Mary Ruth’s brand of supplements with my health and I think you should, too. I am writing this strictly from my own experience.

Noticeable Results and Great Taste!I’ve been taking these biotin supplements for several weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. My hair and nails are definitely growing faster and feel much stronger than before. The fruity flavor is a nice bonus—it tastes natural and organic, without that artificial aftertaste some supplements have. It’s an easy and enjoyable addition to my daily routine. Didn’t agree with my body. Really wish it would’ve cause seems like a good product.
I think if I could’ve tolerated them it probably would’ve helped. These made me nauseated. Couldn’t handle it unfortunately so stopped taking and switched to something else.

Great for cracked skin
Hard to find this anywhere else plus a good price for the 2 month bottle. I started taking this for my skin and it definitely helps. I still have some dry patches but the cracked and scaly skin is mostly cleared up. Plus it tastes good.
