Sustainable and high quality
I love the sustainability aspect of this foam roller, making the cost is worth it to me. I wanted the shorter size for a cheaper option, but got the regular length since it was out of stock, and I’m glad I did because the size is perfect. The ridges make this work really well for foam rolling my back. It’s built well with stiff material, although the surface is easily dented. I think some of the marks are caused by the inner structure, but I’m not sure. It’s not really noticeable unless you’re going to store it out on display. This color also perfectly matches my Stakt mat!

Delivers Pain and Takes It Away
By far the hardest foam roller I’ve used. But guess what? It get it’s done. This bad boy has helped me prep for many long hikes and I thank the foam roller scientist nerds who created this. But seriously, only get this roller if you like pain. If you really like pain, I suggest a therapist.

Finally found a roller not made of stone
It took me a while before I could find a roller that did not feel like it was made of stone. I tried a few others that were way too hard and uncomfortable. This one finally did the trick. It’s still firm, but has some give to it.

Perfect size, easy to carry and durable quality material to make those knots and sore areas relaxed. Find the color you enjoy and start rolling! Some might find the waves to be to hard on the body for beginners, but with a little practice and effort you will feel the healing effects of foam rolling.

Much Too Firm
Way too firm. I have a high density 2 lbs. per cubic foot roller and this is significantly firmer. It was much too painful to use. I also wish it was a bit wider as it’s hard to roll your back out sitting so low to the ground on the roller. Too bad because the visual design is lovely.

Wow I can’t believe I paid $60 for a piece of foam and they put a non-removable ad for their social media on one end of it. What a waste of money.
