Safer than a heated blanket
I have an instant-hot so I fill this thing up with crazy hot water. It’s stays warm all night and is a great alternative to a heated blanket. That’s actually why I bought it, to reduce my electricity consumption. I like that it is kind because I can lay it down my back to warm me up quickly. It also works well to lay around your neck.

My son in London recommended using cold or frozen hot water bottles at night to cool off.Temperatures are getting hotter there and they as a rule don’t have air conditioning.I have regular HWB but this is never going to fit in my freezer. That’s okay. I fill it with very cold water from the shower and sleep with it or use it if I come home from a hot day. I am not using the knitted cover at all.I’m very sensitive to smells and when I got it I just took it in the shower and washed it with shampoos a few times and I can’t smell anything. I leave it wet when I fill it with cold water and it feels cooler like you just got out of the shower. It is very long, don’t worry about that. It’s well made. The box it came in was huge like I ordered a vacuum cleaner. Amazon needs to figure out how to get a smaller box.

Wish it were wider. Very stiff so doesn’t wrap around if you want it to. I wouldn’t purchase again only bc I need it to be a little less stiff to wrap around my midriff

Size does matter
I have been looking for one this size forever. You can completely wrap it around your body or neck. The covers are cozy. Even use to warm the feet in the winter!

Very nice to lie along my spine! It’s the only hot water bottle that brings relief to the perispinals (long thin muscles along the spine that get so tight!)

Love this product because you can wrap it around the back of your neck for muscleRelief. Works best with very hot water “Be careful not to burn yourself when filling ! Go very slow when filling with very hot water !” and only fill half way to make it sit on your shoulders ! Also great for camping on colder evenings !
