I usually dont do reviews but these patches deserve one. Ive used this on both below the skin and active breakouts, I’ve even put one on a ulcer. I love love love the results of these patches. I had an active pimple on my chin I kept scratching cause it was insanely itchy and I kept forgetting it was there. Ended up scratching the scab off and I put the patch on it just so Id stop touching it. Hours later the pimple closed and is completely gone now. (this happened yesterday).

Tried other patches for deep hormonal acne? Toss them and get these! A bit pricier than the usual patches but, worth every bit. The micro darts pinch a bit but get the active ingredients deeper into your skin and scratches the itch to try and pop (if you know, you know). Used two nights in a row then was able to use topical, will buy again!

The microdarts with salicylic acid and madecassoside seem to help calm redness and reduce swelling faster than regular patches. I noticed some improvement by the next morning, especially with under-the-skin pimples.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they can feel slightly noticeable when first applied, and the pack runs out pretty quickly if you deal with frequent breakouts. Still, they’re effective, gentle, and cute—definitely worth trying if you want targeted acne care with a little personality.

I’m super picky when it comes to pimple patches I don’t care for the plain ones, the ones I purchase have to be the microdarts!!these fit the bill perfectly they work great! They flatten the pimple out overnight while adding acne killing medication inside the skin 5/5 good product

No microdots & are they reusing returned items?
I love skin patches, and I was excited by how cute these looked. But there weren’t any micro dots in half of them (see the photo). I opened them, but now I have to return them? You’re going to use these for someone else or something?? That’s so gross.

Really like this patches. I apply them to clean, dry skin. I apply my skin care afterwards. I have oily skin and these patches stay on all night throughout my sleep.
