I’ve been taking Biotin B7 for a few weeks and I’ve noticed my hair feels stronger and healthier. It hasn’t made my hair grow super fast, but it definitely looks less damaged and breaks less.It also helped my nails grow faster. I’ve been blessed to have always had low cholesterol but my MD notes a rise during my physical last year. Since I use other Thorne products, I did a search and found this.
