Weekly Priorities: Highlight the 3–5 goals that truly matter and let the rest go.Daily Plan Section: Organize tasks for deep, focused work with less distraction.Habit Tracker: Track key habits daily—yes/no or numeric entries like “3 sales calls” or “2L water.”Weekend Planning: Stay on top of both rest and productivity.Blank Notes Page: Jot down brain dumps, ideas, or weekly to-do lists.
This is structured productivity that adapts to your life—not the other way around.

FRESH WEEK, FRESH MOTIVATION
Every page is a reset button. Whether last week was great or chaotic, this week starts with a clean slate. Flip the page, refocus, and remind yourself that progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency. You’ve got this.

Precision at Your Fingertips – Fineliner Included
No more rummaging for a pen. Your planner includes a premium black STM fineliner, snugly housed in the spiral binding. It’s smudge-proof, bleed-resistant, and glides like a dream—just like your workflow should.

PAPER YOU WILL LOVE
Enjoy using a brand new 120gsm thick sheet every week. Forget about ink bleeding through the paper. A total of 55 sheets assures you will easily accommodate all 52 weeks of a full year. Month initials at the bottom so you can easily flip to the month you need.

FINELINER THAT GLIDES
The perfect planner needs the perfect accompanying fineliner. Don’t know about you but we keep looking for a pen around the desk. Say good bye to that! A premium black STM fineliner comes housed in the spiral binding of the Productive Weeks.

BLANK SHEET EVERY WEEK
If you are someone who has a ton of tasks to execute each week, the blank page on the back is perfect for listing the tasks as they pop in your mind and check them off as you execute them as the week progresses. This makes productivity seamless.

COMPOUNDING GROWTH
Craft a daily routine, develop self-discipline, and form consistent habits that improve your life. The habit tracker can be used to check habits that are a yes/no or even enter numeric values such as number of sales calls = 2, 3, 4 etc.

Simplicity + Great Paper!
We are an ADHD family. My husband and I need to see what’s happening on paper because time blindness has gotten us into trouble in the past. With this planner, using a Monday start, we are able to clearly see what we *need* to do and what would be nice to get done.I looked at the Scribbles that Matter website, but this planner is cheaper here on Amazon AND yes — it comes with the pen! 🙂 The planner itself is sturdy if you’re going to be traveling with it. There’s plenty of space, I think, but I don’t have large handwriting. The look is simple: not a lot of “extra” stuff taking up white space on the page. I crossed out “habit” and wrote “data” because I prefer to track data instead of habits, but that’s just me. You could choose to track whatever you want. The weight of the page is glorious: there’s hardly any ghosting. For $23 with tax, I’d buy this again and I’d even gift it. I love the dot grid on the back of the planner page because I use it as my notes for the following week. I won’t have to flip back and forth. The planner itself is easy to display since it’s spiralbound. Overall, I think this is worth every penny. It’s also a priceless tool for communication… as long as it’s open and visible, my husband and I know what’s going on in our week. That’s my responsibility as the “social secretary” anyway! Happy to have this tool!

Excellent Planner!
A practical resource for daily scheduling. I appreciated the size of this planner and the fact that it does not have prewritten dates. Having the freedom to write in dates that I am actually working without having blank pages on my calendar was a deal maker for me. The product is very well made. I strongly recommend this product.

Simple design and easy to use
This daily planner has changed the way my husband operates. Before this planner, he did not know what was going on in his own day or with our family’s schedule. This planner has a list for goals or items to remember each day, which has helped him track how often he goes to the gym, etc. Its design is classic, elegant, and simple and contains ample space to write in daily events or reminders. It feels high quality. He loves the size, as it is big enough for him to see on the counter or on his desk and remember it. I highly recommend this item.

Great organizer but could use a few minor tweaks
I had created something similar for myself about 2 yrs ago to have all my life/work schedules broken down daily and right in front of my face. It worked great but I didn’t like just having single pages which would get lost. When I saw this I was excited for it!The size of it could be a little bigger so that there more room for each day to accommodate work and life scheduling (including self-care). I love that it’s spiral bound that makes it easy to find. I like the habit tracking and also weekly prioritizing.Cons: I’m not sure why the designers didn’t make a noticeable space for month/day/yr. The teeny tiny months at the bottom don’t do anything for me. I’ve taken to writing this in the small margin available to the left of the page. But I’d like to see this incorporated. A personal irk of mine is that it starts on Monday and Sunday and Sat seem to be an afterthought. I like to schedule my weekends too so not sure why these days are made to go stand in a little corner. Again – that’s a personal preference. But the week starting on a Monday has definitely tripped me up once or twice on filling in the scheduling aspect.

Well thought out and beautifully executed planner
Well thought out and beautifully executed this is the weekly planner I settled on after going through several other ones. Even the box is practical as I can label and store the planner as I fill them up.

Great find!
I’m very particular about paper quality, and this weekly calendar is exactly what I was looking for! The heavyweight paper prevents any bleed-through, and I love seeing the entire week on one page. The layout is clean, with plenty of space to jot down my daily tasks. Unlike many calendars that clutter the page with graphics, this one is refreshingly simple. It has enough pages to last the whole year, and since it’s undated, I plan to buy several more. Once you find something this perfect, you can’t risk never finding it again. I searched for years for something like this and almost made my own—but now I don’t have to!

I love it !
I’m on my last week in this weekly planner and I have to say— this system works great for me. I love the layout. I thought not having the weekend days would be an issue— but it wasn’t. I found a way to work it out. The size is also convenient. The back pages having room for writing helped when I was brainstorming. I loved it !I tried other layouts and this one is by far a winner for me! The spiral binding really makes a difference in functionality. Plus the layout has all that I need to stay organized and consistent. I’m so excited that this system worked well and that I’m going for round two !

Please Change The Format Back!!
I’ve been using this planner for a few years now, and LOVE IT! But purchased it this year and they changed the format to put the weekend in the main view. It was so perfect before. I loved seeing ONLY my workweek in the main planner with the weekend being separate. PLEASE change it back to how it was. It was so perfect before.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE OLD VERSION – I loved this planner, it was perfect for my work desk to keep track of meetings/to-dos at a glance. Unfortunately the redesign renders it much less useful, so I’ve moved on to a different planner for 2026. Shame as I would’ve happily used this planner every year otherwise.

There is plenty of room for creativity, would’ve loved some stickers. I like how simple and to the point this planner is. There is no faffing around, just do what you need to do. The dotted page is where I like to doodle anything that comes to mind about how I’m feeling or words and phrases I’m thinking about just like a short journal with pictures. I definitely appreciate the habit tracker. I’ve only had it for a day and I already feel a lot of my mind clutter is getting organised, I have space to create and organise. At first I was underwhelmed with the space given for creativity but once I properly thought about what I need to do, the creativity space felt sufficient. Would love it if you don’t discontinue this planner, it helps for people with a busy mind but wanting to get some stuff written down so I have something to follow Thanks.

Awesome planner, very well laid out and quality materials. Have just started to use but can see a real benefit in using this with what I currently do. The layout is really well done and simplifies the week ahead.
