Worth the money
Highly recommend. Works really well to get those tough knots out of your system. I use it everytime after coming back from a festival & just recently used it again. Better than using a theragun due to the massaging components instead of the rapid back and forth motion. The heating component & 3 level choices are also awesome!

Big hit at home, feels like a real deep tissue massage
This has been such a hit in my house. I originally got it as a gift, but everyone ended up using it, even my parents when they came to visit. It really does feel like a deep tissue massage. The pressure is strong and you can feel it working into your neck and shoulders, which is great for tension. I will say, after the first use, you might feel a little sore, similar to how you feel after a real massage, but that just shows it’s actually doing something. The heat feature is a nice added touch and makes it even more relaxing. It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel complicated at all. Overall, it’s one of those things that actually gets used by everyone and doesn’t just sit around.

This is an amazing product and has helped reduce my neck pain. It is comfortable to wear, and use it when relaxing in from of the TV. The heating works well, it does not get hot, rather a little warm. The power cord could be a little longer but it is a very good massager, and i have bought a few over the years

Highly recommend. Works really well to get those tough knots out of your system. Unbelievable it Feels like a real deep tissue massage. I can position it for any area of my back and my lower shoulders. If I got a handheld I would need someone to do the back muscles. This one I can do it all myself. I just hold on to the straps and move it around where I need it, the heat function is extremely weak, and I barely felt anything. Warning, though, it’s a “hurt so good” massage, and will leave you feeling bruised, as if done by a pro. As soon as I used it I immediately remembered this line – “It must be a comfort to know if the space program ever goes under, you can always get a job at Helga’s House of Pain.” That specific line was delivered by Steve Buscemi, who played the character Rockhound in the movie Armageddon.

As stated in the description, it massaged the neck and upper part of the shoulders but didn’t massage other back parts. Trying to get it to massage from my lower shoulders down was awkward and a struggle, putting strain on my shoulders and arms, defeating its purpose.The message part only went around in circles, which is okay, but I hoped it would move slightly in the other direction. Also, on the lowest level, it was fine but needed more pressure, but it became too intense on the other two levels, with the biggest knob too painful. There was no middle ground with the pressure for my liking, and I usually love deep tissue massages.The heat function is extremely weak, and I barely felt anything. There is no option to increase the heat; you must turn it on and off.This would be okay for someone with more meat on their back who only needs to have their neck and upper shoulders worked on. If you have back tension lower than that, this may not help without you becoming a contortionist.

Serious Massage and Pain Relief!
Best 40 bucks I’ve ever spent! Ever since shoulder surgery a few years ago, I’ve suffered with upper thoracic, shoulder, and neck pain. Professional massage works best, but I can’t afford it on a regular basis. I’ve had this thing for months now, and it’s been wonderful for my shoulders and neck. I just hold on to the straps and move it around where I need it, adjusting the pressure applied to more painful areas. It took a few minutes to realize there is a pause between cycles, when it switches direction. So, don’t freak out, it’s not broken. It also took me until my current injury, a severe lower back strain, to realize that the three settings are not just about the speed or strength of the massage, but it seems to also have different patterns. I saw my doctor, and took cyclobenzaprine, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen, which worked. However, as soon as the meds wore off, I was just as immobile as before. It wasn’t until the 2nd day, when I started to use this by sitting in my office chair with it propped behind me, that I began to notice improvement. I start mid back and then gradually adjust it downward over 20 minutes, all the way down to my butt. Mobility and pain have improved drastically, even when medicine wears off. Warning, though, it’s a “hurt so good” massage, and will leave you feeling bruised, as if done by a pro, if you have an injury. I ice my back afterward, which helps.

Better than expected. Had back issues for the past 5 plus years. Just had major surgery which included repair of the rectus abdominus. The surgery has helped my back however the neck and back massager gives relief whilst I continue to strengthen my core. Best investment.

From reading the other reviews I was really worried this product was going to break after a couple of uses but it’s been going strong! It really is a great alternative to an actual massage and I love using this when taking a break from work. The intensity of the massage is perfect for me and it’s versatile so you can move it around your body and work on the areas that you need. I can’t speak for pain relief but for normal use I love it! I think it it’s good value for money.
