I found my sweet spot.
It works for me. Started out with every other night. Now at twice a week. If I take kojic too often it stops working. Here is my sweet spot.

This did not work for me. My dark spots did not get lighter /removed. My skin it self when applied did feel hydrated. I did not have any sensitivity to this product. I don’t think this is worth the price . I used it once a day for about 2 months before posting to give it time to work.

A bit challenging to feel like ingredient evenly distributed
I really wanted to love this serum and did for the most part, but ultimately wish the ingredients were a bit more cohesive. I was drawn to the claims of brightening and hydration for improved skin appearance but I have to question how effective it will be with regular use because every time I use the pipette to get some out it distributes different proportions of the components. A “drop” is different with every use.

This item is face serum from Tosowoong brand that contains active ingredients of kojic acid, turmeric and arbutin. This serum comes in a 33ml bottle with dropper. The colour is yellow/ orange with tiny orange beads. I have used many of Tosowoong brand skin care; they are made in Korea; and they are fantastic products. Their products are gentle on my skin and they really suit my skin. My skin is improved a lot since I used Tosowoong skin care products. It looks brighter, softer and smoother.This particular serum is also great, targeting hyperpigmentation and uneven tones. It combats dullness and smoothness. It is lightweight and absorbed fast into the skin. It’s gentle, does not sting and does not cause redness. The skin feels soft and smooth. I would use it in the morning and at night after shower.The dropper dispenser is great, it is easy to measure how much I take.The price for this product is also very reasonable.Overall I am very happy and I would recommend this product and also other Tosowoong products to friends and families.

I’ve been using this turmeric and kojic acid serum for a little while now and I’m genuinely impressed. It feels lightweight on the skin and sinks in quickly without leaving any sticky residue, which I love because I hate that heavy, tacky feeling.My skin has been looking a lot more even and fresh, especially around those little dark spots that never seem to budge. It gives a subtle glow without making me oily, and it layers really nicely under moisturiser and makeup.

I’ve tried a few things from TOSOWOONG before, and I’ve always been impressed, so I went into this expecting something decent at minimum. First impression, though, this is a weird one. You’ve got the layers, the little orange capsules, and the whole shake-before-you-use-it situation, which makes it feel more like a mini science experiment than a normal serum. It takes a second to get the hang of it. It’s very runny, so you kind of have to be ready for it, or it’ll just slide right off your face. The capsules are also a bit hit or miss. Some dissolve right away, others kind of wander off until you actually press them in.What I did like is how it feels once it settles. It goes on a little oily at first, but that disappears pretty quickly and doesn’t leave that heavy or greasy finish. No strong scent, no irritation, and it layers fine with the rest of my routine. My skin ends up feeling really soft. It does look a bit brighter and more even after a while, too.
